Default Suspension problem i think

When i go over a bump etc when turning , my back end of my car feels like it shifts . i had to watts linkage bushes replaced today with no effect to it , if anything it got worse any ideas on what it could be ?? its an au sr series 2 with 115k on the clock

Car was in an accident like 7 weeks ago , any ideas people , im kinda over replacing bushes etc and having places tell me they have no idea
