I dig the hue, Wildly Violent. That car is still fixable. Yes it would take alot of work but if you want it you will do it.

A car restorer i visited today had that on his wall at work for a laugh.

I always say everything can be saved ...... but the use by date has expired for that coupe. Now if you got it for free, possibly but your still starting from scratch

I am thinking of buying this, chucking 40 litres of bog into it, smoothening it out and making an easy 20 grand. It's been done before.
Honestly...... take a good look at that car... not one inch of it is suitable for a resto, it would make a good garden ornament though.

I would pay $1.50 for it and put it in the backyard. It would give the huntsmans and possums a place to sleep.

With a bit of chicken wire and bog nothing is impossible!

All though maybe surviving a crash is another story, or going at 100 without it falling to bits, or....

the other sad thing? another 20 years and people will look at the photos and think "bit of work, but do-able"

dont forget people, 10 years ago we were crusing hardtops that had rusted out floorpans...... i know of an XA GT hardtop that ended in a crusher after it fell onto its side off the back of a truck about 6 years ago......
