A few years ago, was at Williamsontown beach about 1 am. And this lowered white VS SS was stuck in the sand. They decided to go for a make out session on the beach.
Anyway they got a mate with 4WD to pull them out. They ripped one side of the diff the car, and blew a tyre. Me and my mates just stood there watching them try and pull this SS out. Took them a few hours. |

Last week on ACA there was another story on "hoons" and showed a white sedan (cant remember what it was) doing burnouts in a carpark on the beach in front of annoyed people. The footage was from a sercurity camera.
The car almost ran down 2 people and then drove along the edge near the beach, lost it and went up and over the gutter into a peir! The whole time with a female hanging out the window. She was very quick to get back into the car as it went over the edge

I am of the theory, that we all did stupid things when we were young. Abilities and aspirations have gotten mixed up and he's obviously going to pay the price for it, in fines, and the cost of repairing/replacing the car.
In a sense I feel sorry for him...it was a silly thing to do, but I doubt anyone needs to can him for it - he's probably already doing that to himself.

Thats a write-off for sure. I highly doubt he'll bother repairing that - the water is so high that every electrical component will be ruined as well as the engine may have taken water on inside.

Yeah total write off. The only car I've ever seen take on salt water that deep and survive is the Hilux that Top Gear tried (and failed) to destroy. This dude will want to "bury his head in the sand" in shear stupidity.

I recognise that car and I am fairly sure I know the tool that owns/owned it. What a ******* moron!!! Those old land yachts struggle to maintain traction on the road let alone on soft wet sand! Tut tut tut.

He was enroute to a romantic interlude.................... with himself.
OR Just goes to show how lazy we as a nation have become. No longer walks on a beach, this fatty has to drive on the beach.
