Here is a pic of the manifold on an EB. Not sure what involved Joe, but I think you need an EL ECU to switch the runners or some kinda switch.

I picked up the entire kit for under $200, without the ecu (as I went for a manual el xr6 ecu). If you install it yourself it is cheap but there is a fair bit of labour involved so it would cost a bit to get someone to install it.
EL ecu are different as they control the BBM switch and have a thermo fan control aswell. EF ecu's have a different number of pins so they don't plug straight in to a EA/ED, but an EL ecu will (with an extra pin added for the bbm swtich).

thanks for that ED I6, i thought it was one of the 2 ecus, the labour bit is all im really kinda worried about, also, due to my engine swap, dose ED fuel regulator fit onto ef/l rails? or would just be better to chuck the whole rail onto the new manifold?

Just so you know, there's no difference to the top end. You'll gain a bit of torque down low, but that's it.

I have a dyno of the difference in power but i cant get it up on the site, if done properly there are both top and bottom end gains, whether its worth it is really up to you.

I think it may have been "stockstandard" that started a thread on this a while ago that showed the dyno read out

I'd like to know how considering the short runner length is pretty much the same. You might get a few kws out of it, but that's it.

More than likely any power difference you get is from something else that's been changed. Injectors, the different intake tubing, etc, etc.
