Nothing, mine was sitting for about that long (including a nesting huntsman in the drivers door jam) and it started first go, was a bit rattly for a few a mins.
Just the fuel will be 'off' so put a fresh tank in straight away.

Yeah octane booster would probably be a good idea, or drain it out and use it for the lawn mower :;)

I wish they would put a drain plug on the fuel tank for people like us.

yer mines bin siting for about 2months and a bit now
if the fuel's off will that stop it from starting?
im under the assumption that it will just run really bad till i get new fuel
not completely stop it from starting

Well I had an EA that sat in a garage for 6 years. With a new battery she fired up first time (fair amount of black smoke for a minute or so). I did of course replace all the fluids and I only had enough petrol to get to the servo so I wasn't worried about draining it.

That's reassuring to know, I was worried about engine damage - it's been about 2-3 years in my case. I plan to put some fresh fuel in before starting anyway.

Yep new oil for sure. The irony is that you can't fully drain the old oil without starting the engine (so I am led to believe) but anything is better than nothing.
