Hi Shellstar98 I've currently got a Focus Sport Winning Blue Auto arriving (hopefully) on 30/6 after paying my deposit on 9/4 so it can take awhile! Given the car is now in Australia and depending on what state you live in I'd say give it a week or two. Mine is getting tinted windows, paint protection, wind shields and upgrade to 18" wheels so will spend a few more days at dealership before pick-up. Won't be long now and reckon it will be worth the wait.

Mine's ready for collection from dealership on 30/6 but won't pick it up until Sat 1/7 at 9am..can't wait! I think mine arrived in the country late last week. Dealer sent me a picture today of the upgraded black 18" wheels on my car and they look great as does the Winning Blue colour. Reckon you have made a great choice too and hope your wait is a short one!

Hi Shellstar, got the car yesterday and have already fallen in love with it! Drives like a dream, really comfy, good grunt, firm and smooth drive and a whole lot of fun. I'm not an IT or techo geek but I found SYNC 2 easy to use and had no problems Syncing my Android phone. Have done a tick over 500k's with 7.1 fuels consumption with mix of country and city driving and still have 180 odd klms to go before I need to fill up. Have attached a couple of photos but I don't think they do justice as to how good the car looks, when it's sunny it looks so much better. Hope you get yours soon as you are in for a treat!

Wow sync 3 before the 15th of July.
I was informed that the release date was the 1st of July but cars would not start production until the 15th that would put sync3 in Aus approx August.
I was only at the dealership this arvo, and I'll be back Monday after hearing that

If in fact it is sync 3 I hope they haven't played with it like a new toy.
As your car would possibly be the first in Aus with sync 3.
If it was mine I'd be ****ed if the protective covering on the screen was removed

Hi Shellstar, how are the new wheels? I hope you are loving yours as much as I'm loving mine? Must say I'm a bit jealous that you got SYNC 3 as I was told I'd have to wait until August if I wanted one with SYNC 3, that said I'm still stoked with what I got. Happy driving...

Pman,
I have asked my dealership about a wheel upgrade exactly like yours and I came up a blank, and they told me I would have to go aftermarket .
But my car hasn't even been built yet,so I should be able to pay an upgrade price.
If you don't mind can you tell me you much the upgrade was?

Hi Victor, I paid an additional $1500 to get the Ford Faced 18" Blank Panther alloys which I discovered from the "Build Your Focus" link on ford.com.au under the "accessories exteria" tab. Mine were ordered and fitted by the dealer which added a few days to the delivery date. I'd originally changed to the 17" Trend upgrade alloys as I didn't like the look of the standard Sport variant and then changed my mind again to the 18" upgrade 2 weeks before my car was due so I'm not sure if you can order them to spec at build or if the dealer needs to order and fit separately like mine? Either way it's worth the money as the drive is really smooth and firm (which I was worried about) and I think they look great and I've been getting lots of good feedback re how they look.

Picked this little gem up on the 12th.
Fresh off the boat on the Friday before (8th).

Went in looking at a March/April 16 build, walked out with a July 16 build for very little more.
