Default Rocker gear

As the Ef is getting towards 300,000kms:( i was wondering are there any components in the rocker assembly that get worn out and need replacing beside the lifters? I've got a reco head and wanted to know if there would be a benefit in changing the whole rocker rack or not. If it would be benificial where is the place to get em, wreckers or get it recoed?

Cheers.

The rockers can wear a groove into the shaft they pivot on. If its not ticking its fine. If your getting a ticking sound then look into it otherwise dont worry.

The roller rockers in the 6's are a DAMN good piece of gear. They will last 300 times longer than any flat tappet design. If its quiet, leave it.

They are far from quiet and it's not lifter noise.
