City of Greater Geelong has a huge bunch of Rangers (and still a few Couriers), as do Barwon Water.

Bellarine Shire (or Rural City of Bellarine) died when Jeff sacked all the Geelong councils and shires back the early '90's and created the City of Greater Geelong (COGG). The Ford Proving Ground sits inside the COGG boundaries.

Back to the photo's, I think they are supposed to portray an amatuer feeling, so as to garner a sense of "tested by real people with real families etc". if you remember back to the reverse camera video media release, the video was also very low tech. In fact all the videos and pics of the pre-production vehilces has been very low key.

Compare that to what we have seen with VW and the Amarok, which looks extremely staged managed and to me, comes across as straight marketing spin.
