Probably not until next year. Was originally looking at Ranger xlt for myself and a titanium mondeo for wifey. But money can be better spent elsewhere.
Besides, I'm not ready to part with the 6T and can only honestly see myself upgrading to a GS. Which is no more practical. Wifey on the other hand needs a new car, Focus ST would be nice but might have to settle for something else, Fiesta's a little underpowered, maybe an ecoboost focus for now.....

Na havent got any picks mate. But its a proper bar and looks great with the light force spotties.
Looks similar to this he got it all done through ford but put on at Active Gear in Rocky here. They stock the ECB stuff so could be this one (top bar): http://www.ecb.com.au/vehicle.php?productid=9371 But it is a nice car, ride nice seems to have effortless power, very quite and love the leather seats, drop down dvd player etc.

HAHAHAHAH . i think one never knows they are buying a new car , for me when i walk into a car yard subconsciously just going for a squizz . inside my head a deal has been done , even though i dont know about it yet .
did not know we were buying a new GT this year , it just happened after a thought , then a squizz at TERRITORY's/ GS's , then somehow a GT . Took about a week of developing new mathematical theories and formulas , i changed the theory of relativity to get the right answer for a go ahead i can do this yeah . i came out with some extreme finacial maths equations on why this needs to be done now the deal is done i guess i should delete all the maths BS and just go from idea to purchase and bypass all the crap in the middle . LOL |

Im looking at a mondeo zetec or the new subaru xv. Really like both with the mondeo slightly in front - i reckon it has better inclusions for the dollars but I'm worried about the resale value. Minister of Sexual Relations prefers the Subaru - so I'm up against it.

I look regularly but have been thinking its time for a Falcon.
I also had a thought maybe swapping to a smaller car...in which I might look at a Lancer/VW.

Hell no, new house first. Car will have to wait until next year.
And don't even start about getting a new motorbike.

I've been looking at VW Jetta, looks great and comes with FREE -stamp duty-rego-ctp and dealer delivery.
My work mate told me(unsure if it's true) that ford are giving free tyres for life with any new ford or ford falcon??? If that's true that's very tempting. |

Everything going to plan in the next few weeks will be placing an order for a new Ranger. Keeping the XR8 though.....for now.

Hopefully an FPV or XR6T, or G6E Turbo. Unfortunately it won't be new though.

Am keen to see what the new ST Focus has to offer, though I cannot see myself giving up the XR5...I really am struggling to find a reason to get rid of it.
Others that will get a mention are the Volvo V60 and the Jeep GC Limited. Should be getting a spin the new SRT GC and 300C hopefully in the next month, one of each apparently just landed on AU last week

Looks like it's back to a 4x4 for me aswell in the next couple of months.
Considering an CRD Auto Wrangler Unlimited, then mod the bejesus out of it. But the minister will get her way so either a DiD Paj or 150 D4D Series Prado |

Not new, but am looking at unmolested Focus XR5's or BMW 120's at the moment. The AU XR8 will stay whilst I work out whether to give it an overhaul (not mechanically - perfect there) or let some young fella enjoy it.
Can't get much for them anymore so seems a waste selling it. Otherwise look out for it in the For Sale section. **** |

Ute will be traded in October when my lease finishes and if all goes to plan a AWD TD territory will take its place.

Would,nt mind a new gt , just hate to cop the depressiation over the first few years . I have noticed some gs's on carsales and in general they seem to have few kays on then and also seem to hold there value quite well as they still command a decent ask , any thoughts or experiences on this ?

by the end of the year upgrading to a turbo fg, so depending on how much my renos cost the minimum upgrade will be an fg xr6 turbo, keeping my options open for an f6 or g6e

I'm looking at picking up a FG XR50 or FG MkII XR6 as our family car, probably not new but very low Km's.
Just finishing house renno's and the first baby is on the way so we'll just see how it goes financially. |

Not a Ford unfortunately, missus ruled that out the other weekend. She's seen other cars with far more features and value for money.
Also pending the financial situation at the end of the year.
