You won't be seeing the front much on the road anyway, usually the rear most likely..

As I said beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Only one way to find out. Yeah might see off mine as I havnt spent a lot some others I doubt it. But comparing modded cars is like comparing chalk and cheese, even me comparing my modded 5 to a standard ST isnt right.
Have you driven a tuned I5T?
End of the day it's progress.

They haven't touched the engine internals either, just upped boost and power with little regard for long term durability. Going to 180kw with a bunch of internal parts designed to live with 100 kw is a huge jump.

It might last out the warranty period but you wouldn't expect it to last as long as a factory R&D'd turbo car would.

At least give them some credit for having a go. and making something that Aussies will build.

If you want to hang it on something go to the Jap car threads..

20,000kms isn't much in the sheme of the overall expected engine life. What sort of work did Ford do to the 4L engine for the XR6T?

Stronger conrods and pistons, inconel exhaust valves and stronger valve springs.

The BA's were a little weaker than anything post mid BF though.
