When Nic Cage was driving that Italian slug couldn’t even catch up with a seventy year old Sean Connery driving a Hummer H1 in the high brow documentary “The Rock”. How the hell can it expect to keep up with a worked Supra?

The Fast and the Furious is a great movie. Laugh a minute. Floor pans falling out when you hit the naaawwwwzzzzz, 15 minute quarter miles, naaaawwwwzzzz exploding, front wheel burnouts, double clutching on upshifts, SR20s in Hondas, it's a crack up.

They had one decent car in the movie, then decided to total it. What a waste.

I did see how they did that scene, can't remember exactly but it involved a hydraulic ram somewhere.

The farce and the fictitious. The ONLY thing good about that movie was the dodge charger. I loved that car so much. Otherwise, what a waste of space.

I lost count of the stupid quotes and scenes after I got to about 50. Psycho Chicken mentioned alot of them. One that springs to mind right now was "Oh man it's got a motec exhaust system". HAHAHA morons.

They trailer them to the 'strip' and run them, all for ca$h..

Yep - I agree - I'm surprised no one else has put it forward. Vanishing Point and Bullit are muscle car institutions.

Although, they aren't easy to get ahold of and if you're under 30, you've probably never seen them (ok - I'm under 30, but I was lucky enough to find some copies

).

Neither are as slick as the movies people are used to these days, but they are all about seeing them belt the daylights out of big block yank muscle. :dr_Evil:
