Fair enough if your spare is different but I'd get the original repaired, or a matching tyre as soon as possible. In an emergency, I'd want all the grip and predictability I can get. And for the record, I have 4 almost new SP3000A's on my car with less than half a mm difference between the most and least tread depth.
