1996 NL/DL Fairlane/LTD - 1350 produced of which 1196 were Fairlane
1997 NL/DL Fairlane/LTD - 4595 produced of which 4153 were Fairlane
1998 NL/DL Fairlane/LTD - 3712 produced. I don’t have the breakdown, but you could assume that Fairlane continued to be 90% of the total or about 3340 units.
This would make the total NL Fairlanes 8689 units, as a very good estimate.

As mentioned by others, there were no manuals.

Cheers

There were 771 AU Series III XR8 Utes (model code 45275).
Autos were 394, manuals were 377.

I think these include units shipped to Tickford for conversion to P250

The only info that I can gather is that we’re a total of 34,656 units produced of the FG series utes.I don’t whether those figures actually include the ‘201X’ series(it’s official production name)2014 they only produced 2,750 utilities. There are no breakdowns of all variants that I can ascertain.

Asking about two car. Been thinking lately about cars I wish I bought when I had the chance lol

Car 1. S1 AU XR6 5 speed.

And car 2. ED Fairmount Ghia 4L auto (if I remember right) but had ' apparently ' factory sprint body kit installed

I ask about the ED because somewhere here it says only 1900ish were made in total. Kinda thought factory bodykit might have been more rare

Maybe Wrong about the 1970 Ford Galaxies bro. 1969 year model came out 2/1970 and 1970 year model about 6/1970.

Total sold or built ? i will have to look that up.

Interesting list. Doesn't appear to list three vehicles...

Zephyr Mk II Station Wagons. I believe it was less than 1,700.

ZC Fairlanes with 351 manual transmissions. Again, I think 4.

And for self interest's sake, BA G220 with the follow on BF G8.

Well at least he got an S pack Van with spot lights and a 4sp at that, maybe better on fuel ? as i could only get 22MPG sitting on 120KM/H but it was a HT pre ADR27A 308 in mine.
I wonder how many HX 5.0L 4sp Sandman's were made and Green ones at that.

I have just bought a toy white HZ Sandman P Van from OZ Wheels, i would like to get me a green one.

I would think that all of the 4sp ZC Fairlane's got written off ?
I remember test driving a 351 ZD Fairlane over 110 MPH on bend in the road is no good, same with my brothers P5 LTD, they take up both lanes very easy, it's the rear end and maybe it's the LSD could make such worse ?

One think about the ZC Fairlane with the Windsor 351, the 4BBL is a very small CFM that is about the same as the ZD 351C 2bbl CFM if that when worked out 4BBL to 2BBL.
Some think that the ZC 351W was on par with a 351C 4V in the GT, they are not !
The 351W in the ZC was on par with the 351C 2V in the ZD.

To be honest, I just want simple, a HJ bench seat, windowless, Belmont. 202 3 on the tree would do me. The ultimate easy to maintain and useful van.

There were a few 4 on the floor 202 (optioned) Sandman's built but would be so rare now.

This 93' XF van is OK and is quite simple.

Hi I am new to this Forum but not new to the Ford Brand having had a couple of Mustang's and XR6's plus various other Fords over the years.
I am currently looking around for a BA to BF Model Fairlane or LTD or a NF/NL Fairlane or LTD to be used as a weekend cruiser with a view to keep it long term
I have seen a BA LTD and a BF LTD that I have enquired about. I would like to find out how to obtain Production Numbers and also be able to drill down to Production Numbers of particular colours as I am not looking at just White or Silver. One I like is a Dark Metalic Blue which I understand is called Offshore.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction please.
Cheers Greg

Safe to say BA and BF LTD's were not made in great volume by that stage. I only have numbers for the BF series, 279 BF LTD's and 5247 Fairlane Ghia/G8.

If you are looking at a dark blue example, like below, then it will be Blue Pearl, Offshore was a lighter shade of blue.

https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/det...15137968/?Cr=2

If that's the car you are looking at, it appears to be in very nice condition. Not a fan of those wheels though. Considering the condition of the leather, I would think the previous owner had seat covers on the thing, they are like new.

Blue Pearl -

That car has been listed for a long time. You might need to do some research on why that's the case.

Sounds like he/she/dealer not replying to enquiry might have something to do with it.

Have not long spoken with the seller. He apologized for not getting back to me as he has been away for work. Car did have a lot of work done to it late last year $1000s spent and receipts are to be provided. It was owned by elderly parents.

I suspected that, the leather trim is almost perfect for the age of the car, its almost always cracked and heavily worn.

You may find that there will be some deferred maintenance, but it sounds like that may have already been taken care of. The main thing with those engines is the VCT system rattling, and the stuck spark plugs needing to be extracted from the head. From what I remember, there are fixes for both, but that engine is relatively unknown by most mechanics, they sold more of the Quad Cam BOSS V8's than those 3V engines.

But..................those wheels have to go! Maybe the owner has the originals?

Another rare model that often gets overlooked is the 1971 Falcon 500 Kcode (351 2V) with a production number of only 669 vehicles. 530 being manual trans.139 being automatic trans. Thanks to GPMitch for sending me this build number information.

6 wheel utes were not made by Ford, they were done by an aftermarket company.

This is true.
But it was an arrangement made by ford.
The conversion was done by a third part, and then the car sent to dealer for first rego.
No difference to many other vehicles
But tickford aren’t ford them selves. So they would fit your statement if I’m corect
Not trying to start crap, just putting my thoughts forward
