Awesome work yet again. You could make some serious money selling limited numbers of your mods (Ba shifter now the ba lights)..i for one if had the money would get that and the BA shifter.

Good work but i want more details on how the BA internals mated with the EA housing. Do they sit in tight? Do they seal back up properly? etc etc.....
Awesome work again tho Jase.

Could you just paint the "non-reflection" part of a EA light, so you get two similar circles?
Would be eisier |

JADED6 - yes everything fits inside, seal as per normal, they have limited adjustment at the moment, so I have a little more work to do.
Monty94 - Thanks, ummm sorry I didnt see your car yo_stock - If yo do as you say you get too big flat ovals, doesnt look as good, and no increase in light output which was a mian part of my conversion. wikid_sticks - playing with tailights next I think, or something else, will think of something.

is it possible to get some pics showing the inside of the lights(i.e. from inside the engine bay)?? as it looks really good, out of interest how much did it cost to get the light fitting from a BA?

I think I will the inside black, but yes have toyed with idea of colour cosing the inserts.
I did at one stage think of doing a different colour, but with 7 litres of pearl green in the garage, I think the colour stays

So when's the XR6T motor getting slotted in? :
Or... the f**king annoying seatbelt warning chime :evil_laug Keeping on the JET-XR topic, I noticed that he put a BA dash in his EL... Are you thinking of the same thing for the EA, or are you happy with the digi dash? Personally I'm a great fan of the digi dash ;) -Dave- |

While I would not mind the BA dash just for the hell of it factor, I am informed it is not worth the effort without the BA ECU due to the way the dash recieves its inputs, so I will keep the digi dash, wish I am partial to anyways.
XR6T motor - even just a BA XT 6 would be very nice, but given the funds arent about to be released from the ministry of war and finance, after several budget proposals being rejected, I dont even think i could pass it off as running expenses ... lol.
