You can't take this guy seriously .... all from the bloke who says he is a the Chairman of the Pedestrian Council .... who actually ran into a pedastrian with his own car a while back.

The photo part of it is completely legal. Check out www.exoticspotter.com for example.

Of course, it depends what claims he makes about the owner that might open legal avenues of redress.

Well find for me just ONE example of any of his crackpot ideas that the government has implemented.....

They know they'd lose HEAPS of votes from most of them !
