Its not actually a cruise. There may be a cruise after it but it will be an informal deal. The day itself is "stationary" at the park. Its very much a social day for the family rather than just driving around and looking at the sights. Of course, the more footage the better... I'll be bringing my DV camera for sure.

I think we are going for quality over quantity in this case. We could have organised 4 or 5 smaller AU cruises between now and April but thats pretty well been done to death. This is something new and a lot more upmarket. A full show and shine with prizes, bbq in a prebooked area, race cars on display, interstate cars, few other things I'm working on.... not really something that will produce a lot of cruise footage I'm afraid but I'm betting it is certainly going to get a lot of attention.

Its going to be a magical day for AU lovers, its going to be one remembered for quite a while, and will be a very hard task to top it.
im more for "quality not quantity" like Casper said and im sure alot of others will agree that a big event like this 2 times a year will out do lots of little drives around the block which is about all that gets conjured up otherwise.
