You can review the right and wrong answers at the end of the test by clicking on the magnifying glass image, it shows where you were right and wrong. |

80%... yay.
Not bad for a person who dropped out of physics after 2 weeks in yr 11. Ok, but I also taught "Simple Machines" term 2, and electronics term 3 lol. |

100%, I guess all those years of study and a degree paid off.
Also Question 26, the answer is not correct (I have come across this before, so knew what they wanted). In circuit theory they teach that power takes the path of least resitance hence 2 lights (loads), in reality electricity flows according to resistance, the circuit with no load has resistance, the circuit with load also has resistance, the power flows in proporation to the resistance, so some power will go through the load, I have done this experiment to prove it and given sufficiant power the light will glow, although the other circuit will get hot due to the amount of current flowing through it. As a second explantion, the switch circuit could be constructed to be the same resistance from an electrical perspective in which case the current would flow equally. But anyway choose there answer else you will get it wrong with no right of appeal. |

Good site and some interesting questions especially the electrical ones (I don't understand electrickery).
I managed 98% I would be disapointed if I failed as I am a consultant project engineer (mechanical). Wayne |
