So.. I take it you'll ignore those shiny new FG wheels, once people realise they fit B-series?

I used to know a bloke that had a red xy falcon... white interior and a shaker. No spoilers or fins, had white venetians in the back window too. The thing that really made his car stand out was the EL XR 16s... just made it look awesome.

So i entirely agree with older models with newer rims. XEs look mad with a set of GTP 19s

I have 18 inch BA XR8 rims on my EL XR8, and everyone that see's says those rims look bloody great on that car, so there isnt anything wrong with newer rims on older cars!

Here is my car just to prove E series look good with B series rims!!

There's a good reason why B-series rims have become so popular on e-series, because they look awesome

As for BHDOGS, those rims look terrible

Without the white, they're BF GT-P rims. There are basically 3 variations of the same rim. The GT-Ps are fully silver. The Cobras have the white inserts, and the GT-40th anniversary ones have black inserts (like in the first pic)

LOL You love it dont you Paul? ;)

I have to agree with him to some point ! Now before you start flaming me I was one of the first to get B-series rims in SA on my EB sII Back when they were $1800 a set. Looked good still do but the problem is every tom, dick and harry has them now!! makes it hard to make a e series falcon look unique!! And if I was to do it again I probably wouldnt. Have a look at e bay under pre AU and there are new styles of rims for the e-series coming out all the time so mix it up a little ??

Nothing wrong with BA/BF style rims on E-series, they actually look awesome. I just wanted something different( and I love dish), so I got FRs. Also the new style(FPV) wheels are popping up all the time, and it's hard to keep up and be original. It's just a matter of time when FG copies hit the streets...

I had BF Phoon copies on mine first, than BF Cobras, and finally Simmons. I love them and will be a keeper

Yep GT-P wheels on E series look amazing.

As to the other guy, aren't you being a bit hypocritical?

What's wrong putting rims you love on a car you love?

Would kill for these to be made in e-series offset. IMO, would match a box car perfectley.

Though 19's in Ba Gtp's, is kindov in its own league.
