Default Which Dash LED's?

Many moons ago I replaced all the globes in my dash with LED's. But while they look great at the start, after a while they soon start to fail or start flashing!
Can anyone recommend some reliable one's that last!

this guys pretty good, i got my parkers and number plate leds off him. Look awesome and havnt skipped a beat since having them.

Sorry to kinda steer off topic but how many and what size are required to do the dash??
