Default 2012 tdci focus titanium active stop issues

Hi I'm having an issue with my active city stop. Every few weeks I will get a light on my dash indicating it is turned off. I have to go through the menu and turn it back on. Any ideas why it might be automatically turning itself off?

most likely its a software bug . these seem to be more common than mechanical failures on modern cars.

Let's see? 2012 Focus? Four year old battery. Maybe. Just maybe it could be the battery on its last throes of life? Have your battery checked by a qualified auto electrician first. Software bugs don't magically appear out of the blue after four years.
