ok came across a ex police car xw so he tells me and he wants to sell it has holes in bonet wear the light was and still has some black and white checks on the pin striping (very little left) the numbers are as follows
engine S serial no 40503 paint A model 18933 trim C svo D3169 trans S number on shock tower hd 1216 so what do you make of all this is it worth getting he wants $1300 got no pics and also the spedo went to 130 |

could bery well be but i doubt there will be much info on which cars were actually what...
even if its not i would pay that for an xw, as long as it wasnt swiss cheese... they will only go up i think, they might settle down, but theyll never drop much in price again...

The holes in the bonnet are for the siren, see if you can find some promo pics from the old Homicide series starring Leonard TEALE, Gerard KENNEDY.
They used to flog around in them. Police didn't have checkering back in those days ,it only came in in the late 80's.
