Angry Heat sensor reading wrong

Had my idle problem fixed up with new ignition leads, valves and heat sensor all replaced.

Now the sensor reads High even from startup. The sensor is definately reading wrong, cozz last night i moved the wires and it read properly but today its reading wrong again and cant fix it. Fans are going full bore constantly now...stupid sensors!

How can i remedy this?
Cheers guys
