Default Engine Cuts out?

As i pulled up to front gate of Willowbank 1/4 mile the engine just cut out! it would turn over but not start. After opening the bonnet and scratching my head wondering what the hell is going on (approx 3 mins) it just started as normal.

I then proceed to put it into drive and then it cuts out again....
so i left it sit for a few more mins and checking oil pressure, engine temp and fuel guages and all is well.

I do my first run and no dramas, but i was pushed from the water trap on my second run.
I fugure somthing isn't likeing the heat of the engine bay.

can anyone help he diagnose this problem. it only seems to happen when the car is sitting with no air flow, once moveing its fine.

Please help

It may have something to do you your trottle body..try opening the trottle flap a bit and see if it still stops..what i mean by that is put the revs up a little...could be u have a faulty throttle switch motor....otherwise i thoght it might be the fuel pump...but yeah have a look at that first your throttle body..also make sure all the wires to that throttle motor r okay....not damaged or broken...
