Hey all,
Need a hand! My girlfriends car 99 Red WRX was hit by another subaru that is WRC BLUE this morning at Vermont South shopping centre between 7.30 and 12pm I have contacted the police as the contact details left were fakes. There is a large amount of damage to our car - and so i believe this car should be easy enough to see damage on. The damage will be around the numberplate (more likely the front of the car) If anyone was in the area or knows a way to help out it would be greatly appreciated. Please help me out and if you see a WRC blue subaru with front end damage, maybe red paint scrapes, please write down the numberplate and pass it on. Regards Scott 0433 153 048 |

see the thing was we didn't have full comp
we basically had to wait for them to make a claim i don't know much about legalities the coppers weren't too fussed on doing much(suprise suprise) our damage wasn't significant just a ding in the front qauter panel...but an origial condition s4 with 135,000 on the clock previously in mint condition and also the whole principle side of the matter we just gave up on the f*&kers |

Another good reason for doing a stat dec is that it gets your version locked away on record if the other person did it and you didnt and they blamed you, then claimed against you, might have found yourself in a bad spot, in any accident go and do a stat dec at the local police station asap as you never know.
