what exactly are you trying to make?..xr wing? What rear bar is that?...I like the look of it, do you have any info on it?..more pics please Car looks good!

initially it was a type of foam yes.
i needed something i could sculpt easy and then cover in fibreglass. I'm attempting to make a ED XR style boot lip spoiler. rear bar is from a BA XR.

The size looks good, I don't know much about fibreglassing, so is it a matter of just sanding it back until the smoothness is there?

far out thats nice, i LOVE the bar, how hard was it to get to fit proply? ill be doing that instead of getting my one repaired and resprayed!! thats awesome man LOVE IT! would love to know how u did the rear bar to go in so awesomly!
