Just run a cigarette light plug off it and put it through a hole in the firewall so you can plug/unplug it when people tease you about it and you decide to turn them off.

Also a good idea for when you see the cops, at leist that way you have control of them being on or off. Even set up a switch inside the cabin somewhere.

If they are red ones you will have trouble with the boys in blue. If they were white you can get away with it (sometimes).

Red lights at the front of the vehicle are illegal, don't waste your time putting them on as they will have to come straight off again...

sheesh - talk about opinionated bunch of people!!!
As they say, each to their own, it's NOT YOUR CAR he wants to put them on.
If that's the route someone chooses to modify their car well & good, there is NO rule book that says what is good & what is not.(if there was I dare say that EVERYONE on here woulda fallen foul of the rulebook at one time or another)
Apart from the legal aspect, that you should be aware of so as to not get yourself unwamted attention. Read the following.
On most cars the original washer jets are a push in clip type arrangement that springs outwards. To remove these you will most likely need to remove hood lining under bonnet (if fitted), remove the tubing(should be a push on 'spur' type fitting, then use a pr of long nose pliers or the like to push in the lock tabs on the underside of the washer jets. Don't be too suprised if you butcher these whilst trying to remove them.
To fit the new washer jets I would hazard a guess that they're larger then the originals, & may have a locknut & wiring that you will need to enlarge the size of the holes in the bonnet to enable correct fitment. Use drill(may need to be larger then expected to provide clearance for spanner to tighten nuts etc) to enlarge hole on underside of bonnet, being careful NOT to go through the outer skin.
The wiring should be done in looming that provides additional mechanical protection (split, spiral looming etc) & routed back to the cabin via glanded bushing through the firewall. Connect wiring to a switch & fused circuit & you should be right.
As you can prob see there would be a fair bit involved, but if thats what you want, & it's all legal, then go for it.
