engine out or drop the kframe somewhat.
i chose the drop the kframe option but you'll still need an engine crane or similar to hold the engine in place.

rear main seal is like the seal around the crankshaft pole comin out back of motor, like what the flywheel is on, if you wanna change that you take gearbox off and stuff

gota lift it out mate unfortunetly, that or like john said drop the k, just lift the engine up till u see all the bolts and able to unscrew em

but probly easier to have it out, the thought of having an engine hovering over u is a lil :P

santa, unbolt 1 engine mount, and grab a bit of rope, tie it to the side of the motor that u unbolted and tie it to a pole, making the motor lean across as far as u can, should give u enough room to get it, otherwise take both out and lift the motor a little not too hard :P
