Default sticky elec windows

i remember guys talking bout this but couldnt find anything on search, wats the best thing to spray in the guides/runners watever u call em to stop a funny rubber grabbings noise wen windows go up and down

O.k what u want is silicon spray,autobarn or supercheap will have it around $10.

But take your trim off first and make sure the cable isn`t rubbing as it will fray eventually if you don`t fix it.

coz its doing it on 3 windows on 1 of my cars and 1 in another
