well...
as i have just got my blacks i have promised someone that i would help them get up their hours when i got my blacks... whist reading throught the thing on the rta website i discovered this...  what the deal with the location restriction ????

Maybe centenlial park is a dangerous place. Is it full of mixed areas where there are lots of pedestrians wandering about?
Remember learners consist of those who are ok at driving and just about to do a test, those who are beyond scary and everything in between. |

There are many areas in Sydney like Centennial Park that do not allow learner drivers. It would be either due to safety concerns for the pedestrians that use the area and/or to prevent 50,000 learner drivers trying to use the location at the one time.

I'm pretty sure that's for the learners mate, I think it's stating that an L plater cannot supervise another L plater.
Not 100% sure though |

Learners can't drive in Kings Park in Perth... My driving instructor said something about how tourists who visit the place aren't familiar with the Australian road rules so may be more vulnerable to traffic - or something like that... Don't know if thats true or not though.
