Well , Not Sure until i do some driving in it , but Id Assume with the Larger Box it would hold more cold air , and it does Sound Better , you can hear it a Fair Bit , when idling you can hear it and , if you rev it to say 2500 rpm , more sucking sounds than a paris hilton DVD !

I dont know really, time will tell ....

Looks Cool though !

So why are sitting at the computer for & not out test driving it & giving us a full run down on have it performs.

well Just got back from KFC (yuck , tasted bad !) and Noticed a few things

Sounds Good When its Stationary , but when moving between 50-70ks, Has a Bit of a Drone , so will work that out ,

Seems to Me , like it takes off and handles speed a bit well , not saying that its quicker , but to me it feels like the car likes Cruising at 90 now , rather than the 80 that it used to ,

Oh well , I Like it , Im Happy , thats what matters

Cheers
Daniel

Probably more the placebo effect, there was a thread a while ago suggesting the EF airbox (lid) was a better mod option. Personally I believe the EF airbox is a better design than the BA! Having modified both my EF box & my BA box, I think better (marginal) gains were made with the EF! :

I'd be surprised if this does anything at all. More air (volume in airbox) doesn't necessarily mean more anything - more air speed should mean better throttle response, but not necessarily more peak power or torque. The BA box may be bigger, but as you've cut it down, it's probably now smaller than an AU box, defeating the purpose of this mod. But it does look nice.
