1) Door locks cycle randomly
2) Front doors need locking with a key, central locking doesn't lock them.
3) Tailgate falls down and squashes you
4) Odometer light doesn't work
5) Air con doesn't work
6) Heater only comes from front vents, no control of vent selection
7) Rear bar sags
8) Dash rattles
9) Passenger window doesn't go up or down rest of windows slow
10) oil leak from a somewhere

All that and i still love it to bits!

1. dash rattles
2. strange noise when i go over a bump
3. vibrates when doing over 100 kph
4. fuel pump on the way out

other than that its a bloody good car,,and the most reliable one I've ever owned

Tunnel isnt tall enough, for the tail shaft and the diff. Hits on both.

the 85le wasnt worth fixing, : ,the s5 was stuffed for the 2nd time so we just bought another low k one from an El..best thing we ever did i must say. : .oh a replacing the very old 3.9 with a 4.. :

Rubber rear spoiler.
Consol lid.
Alternator adjuster, EA-ED.
Location of dissy and coil, EA-ED 6cyl.
Cup holders
Head gaskets, 6cyl.

Borg Warner LSD's
Dont come low enough from the factory
2-3 shift
small brakes
wheel offset

what i love...
Ford 4.0L Inline 6's
so easy to mod
so easy to work on
the look of EB and ED's
they can go very fast, with not much money compared to v6's
surprising turbo and v8 drivers
a factory tacho that can be 100% utilised, 6000rpm FTW
comfy seats
parts interchangeability

there is more... i will add later.
