Default Deleting number plates??

Hi All,

I have some pics that I would like to post up here but a friends car is also in them and he would prefer that I rubbed out his plates- I don't care about my own ones.
Can anyone point me to a download that will allow me to do this? Apparently, Photobucket has a tool but I'm stuffed if I can find it there!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers, Jamie

Paint basically comes with Windows. If you are running Windows, you will most likely have Paint.
