I have just upgraded from an EF to an AU2. It came with gas conversion and a heavy duty towbar. Problem is it sits lower than normal at the rear end and any extra weight just makes it worse. I thought about putting new springs in, just not sure what type.
Can anybody give me a recommendation on what type please? I thought about sports low as I have been told they give a firmer ride. Just not sure whether this will solve the weight problem at the rear. |

You can get King springs with a heavy duty option - they come in Lows, and SLs, and should be no extra cost over standard King springs. Should set you back somewhere around $150 a pair, plus fitting (which you could do yourself if you can turn a spanner).

Thanx JC. I know the local Repco sell Kings. I'll go and enquire about pricing.
Cheers. |
