I've just been down to the cellar to see what supplies I have regarding making up a couple of brews during the uni holidays, and I have come to the conclusion that I need about 20 or so more longneck bottles :(
Just wondering if anyone attending the E-Series cruise has any spare longnecks that I could acquire or buy? If anyone has 20 or so I'd be delighted, but I'm willing to grab hold of as much as possible ;) Perhaps picking them up *after* the cruise might be a good idea (but I'm jumping the gun here lol) Big brew plan: 4 batches, 120ish longnecks of differing varieties (I currently have around 100 empty bottles)! Will only set me back around $50 too in wort and dextrose :P Home brew rocks!!! Keen to hear the feedback guys ;) ;) Cheers, -Dave- |

LOL, damn longnecks! We need a heap too coz we're just starting up brewing again. We used to have 3 kegs (with a "pluto" or whatchya call it on a nice long hose). Was an awesome set up! Pity the old fella gave it all away to a mate :(
Anyways, good luck with it dave

LOL we should turn this into the "E-Series Longneck Charity Donation Thread"
So who elso here brews it? At $5 a slab, with a great taste, & being fun to make, u can't go wrong! And those who brew, what's your favourite type? I like the draughts best (but haven't decided on a brand yet) -Dave- |

I might be able to get you a box or 2 worth brand new. But it'll cost ya a couple bottles of brew.

No spare bottles though sorry, running short as it is.

I've only got about 10 bottles left at the moment... Lemme know how much you'd like, and how many bottles you might have available (I'm assuming a box = 12 longnecks) I won't be online after tonight before the cruise :( You're a champ! :king: -Dave- |

Or... if you'd like some "ordinary" beer instead as well as one or two bottles of brew (rather than a heap of bottles...) I'm more than happy to do that instead ;)
I wanna save my bottles! -Dave- |

I remember sneaking into my mate's Dad's shed back in the day and drinking his home brew....then we got caught :( From memory it tasted like sh*t but I wasn't really into beer back then. Nowdays my "home" brew comes from Safeway Liquor and it's called Carlton Draught :P

Just thought I'd just say thanks once again for the bottles, and you will definitely be having some returned your way... albeit full!
Cheers ;) -Dave- |
