YELLA TERRA SALE a joke

We went to the Yella Terra 30 - 50 % off sale ,i dont know what they where basing their prices on but far from that we took a price list from a place in SYD and most of the prices from there were cheaper than the big sale items.Not very happy as we were on the opposite side of town in Melbourne and we can get cheaper goods interstate than vic based companys :monkes: :monkes:

Noticed the sale ad in the trading post. Didn't think there would be any great savings execpt for old stock that no one wants.

Thats very disappointing. Especially for you GRNKPR to had travelled so far for it!

They cant be dodgy like that eh. I'd investigate that further. Seems they could have advertised it very close to the line there. You cant 'bait' consumers, nor mislead them. It has to be very clear on their advertising.

I'm in the travel business and know all about the rings the ACCC make airlines jump through with their advertising practices.

Their idea of getting people through the door obviously worked. Disapointing to see that's all they were doing.

I rang them on Sunday morning to see what Cleveland parts, if any, they had on special.
The bloke said "I think we have a few, but it's bedlam here".
I took it they were just trying to get people to come down. Thanks for confirming that GRNKPR. Sorry you had to make the trip for nothing!

I went to the sale by invitation on the Saturday Morning( it was only for trade customers) and picked up YT5006 Clevo rockers ....Last year I bought a set thru spped shop paid over 560 with the best trade discount Picked up another set on Saturday @ $460...GRNKPR ...I guess it depends what youre after....They also had race balancers for $150 they seemed like a good deal!!!
