Hi all, firstly sorry if this has been asked before. I just completed the A.C Nielson survey about how happy i was with my new vehicle purchase. Just wondering how many of you have actually done this survey and whether or not you think it will realistically make any difference. Also did you intentionally over exagerate your answers to get your point across about how unhappy you really are about certain aspects.
Interested to hear your opinions. |

Ford do look at this survey. Once a quarter they call as many buyers as they can.
