Ive got a EF Airbox here and ive been offered a K&N Pod filter cheap.
Now I currently have the stock EA-ED airbox with stock filter and XH snorkle. Will i get ANY gains out of using the EF airbox with the XH snorkle and K&N pod filter? (or will it be another one of those '****' factors) Also How do you do this? I know Dellboy did this but I cant remember how he modified the lid to suit. Thanks guys :dj:

i think he blocked off the normal opening with a piece of plastic and cut the new one where the XH snorkel fits

i found that when i had my pod open in the engine bay, top end was all good, but it lost a fair bit down low.
with the box over it again, its much nicer down low, can't tell much difference uptop.
