odd little problem has just started. i have noticed that my headlights will flicker every now and then, also when i use the blinkers the dash lights flicker.
thoughts?

Perhaps a grounding problem? The ground cable running from the Block>Battery isn't really up to the task from what I've read.
Try replacing this with a fatter cable.

May also consider the alternator bushes are worn or the battery maybe on the way out.

Yes, alt is the prime suspect.

I would give the battery a good charging overnight and go from there. If that's no help, it might be time to change it.
If that was no help, then I'd say the alternator. It may also be the cable, but I'd suggest either the battery or alternator will be the culprit. All the best with it. GK

The headlight switch could be broken - happened to mine, and it just kept flicking between low and high beam.

i second bad grounds, i have the same problem. i know my battery and alternator are both fine, so that's all i can put it down to

Check your grounds and connections etc, then get a reading of what the alt is putting out.

i get the same sort of problem but the climate control display flickers with lights on with the revs, that'd be the ground yeah?
