Ive just bought an xr6t via private sale. Ive just been through to docs in order to transfer the registration tomorrow. I have the safety cert and the transfer form but i havent got the registration document of the car. Is this required or is there a way around it. Ive texted the previous owner to send them but that may take a few days. any ideas?

naming what state your in is vital information to ad.
I dont see why you would need the registration document for it. You have a RWC and a Transfer Form, along with a receipt, that should be all you need. |

State is QLD, it just says you need it to transfer on the document and on the net.

They must do it the hard way in QLD. In NSW the transfer details are on the back of the rego papers.
