Saw it done to a Mazda one years ago at Centerery Mazda in Qld. Was done after work by the workshop guys as you have to detonate them before disposing.
Dam thing jumped an easy 30 feet in the air, hit the roof and was almost fully deflated when it hit the floor. Loud... and a ton of fun. Had almost every staff member their watching it.

Be careful, it's bloody dangerous. You want to be at least 15 metres away from the thing.
But it's fun as hell! If only Falcons had pre-tensioners as well, those are fun too. |

Air bags, wonderful things! An air bag is the only thing that saved me 3 years ago when i rode off my EL. The seatbelt bolt sheared off! Gee they stink once they go Off. The car had a passenger one as well. Love airbags!
