So if the pics show an MC Zetec, does that mean it doesn't get any external cosmetic upgrades from the MB Zetec? From what I can see there are a few minor changes inside (silver on the headlight switch and console..) but not much else?

So the LED daytime running lights front end is only the Titanium?

I'm interested to see how big a difference the extra 17kW are going to make over mine

Ah, so they tested the new diesel with the Powershift box. Will definitely go for a test drive once they arrive in NZ.

I love the comment from the Mazda fan down the bottom of the article. They're jumping up and down on how the Mazda 6 diesel is a better car.

Clearly this award begs to differ.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the year the Mazda6 won, Ford put up a Mondeo LX petrol against it? At least they put up a decent version this year!

actually it features quite prominently in the latest "invite you to compare" advert but they don't tell you what it is...

I saw that, and was very tempted to reply "did you order the manual or the auto diesel 6? Oh wait... you can't get an auto."

A car that doesn't suit the *majority* of buyers will struggle to win an award like this, and rightly so.

And the Jetta when Corolla/Focus/Cruze are 'small' cars... Vfacts need to fix the way they categorise cars and SUV's.
