The MNCFOC will be holding their annual Christmas party at the Hibbard sports club on the 11th of December. This year we have incorporated our AGM into this event. The AGM will commence at 4:00 PM at the Hibbard sports club. The club is located at Boundary St Port Macquarie (next to the football stadium). We have put the two events together so we can generate more numbers to the AGM. But if you can not make the AGM, a proxy form has been sent out in Novembers newsletter, please fill in the form and return it to PO BOX 494 Port Macquarie 2444 BEFORE THE 10TH OF DECEMBER. The Christmas party will commence at 6:00 PM and we have opened the bar inside the party room. As always, on the night we will be handing out club trophies to deserving members, there will be again a monster raffle that will have huge prizes to be won. There will be a buffet 2 course meal and entertainment during the night. To attend the Christmas party, we need RSVP's, they are also in Novembers newsletter, these need to be in by the 3RD OF DECEMBER !!! otherwise we will not have a spot for you as all meals will be cooked for a certain number. The night will cost $30 per person, which will get you your 2 course meal and a lucky door prize ticket which can win you a prize valued at $50.Any questions about this event, please contact me.

why is the agm being held at a club, isnt it suspose to be at settlers?

I regret that Jackie and I must withdraw from the Party and AGM.
