Does anyone know how is it possible that a half of the buttons (left side only- e.g. " - TUNE + " button) is not working while the same function on the steering weel is OK?

Id say you may have some dry joints or some dud switches on the unit...

Yeah their maybe something wrong with the connections on the buttons, or possibly you have blown a track somewhere...
If it's bothering you that much go to a radio repair place and get them to check it out. Or IF you know what your doing take it apart an take a look yourself.
