Default AU tensioner reset

Hi all
I have reset my tensioner again (five times now) and the car still sounds to noisy. I have a video in my workshop build area. Any thoughts or comments of what I am doing wrong would be appreciated. Follow this link to the workshop build.

Uncle Ken mate hi. Remove the rocker cover and check that the tensioner has the chain nice and tight not floppy. If its not tight then get another tensioner or maybe youve cracked a guide?

*edit* Just read the rest of the thread The chain tensioner should have a half moon spacer between it and the chain guide; is that still there? They have been known to come off and disappear into the crankcase.....
MongrelEF posted this (many thanks) What does the spacer look like?

Would this problem cause a knocking noise under low rpm acceleration? (including backing off the throttle at low rpm)

Got the car back yesterday
So to recap...having reset the tenisoner many times it turns out the noise was not the tenisoner but a broken lifter !!!

Joe at Cresent motors at Liverpool replaced all the lifters and checked the throttle change I had done. So now I have to flush the oil a few times before the new lifters before quiten down.

The car felt good coming back from Liverpool to Castlehill. Flushed and Changed the oil/filter today..will postan sound grab on the weekend
