Has anyone got any information on waterless coolant product?

Been watching wheeler Dealers on Foxtel ?
I was also curious about this product. Looks like a great idea, but costly for the initial preparation.

If there is no water then what is transferring the heat? We used to get cars overheating because people were putting 100% coolant in with no water.

its a brilliant idea

Q. How do the OAT additives in Evans Waterless Coolant remain in solution without the presence of water?

A.Evans Waterless Coolant contains no additive that requires water to dissolve or to enable the additive to function

Wheelers dealers showed it on an old car...a new euro 5 emmisions powerplant might have different results, who wants to be a guinea pig?

(hint: if it ain't broke why fix it?)

Hehe wheeler dealers rocks! I'd been to know how long it lasts for.
With no additives to break down or seperate from the water it should last ages.

Easy, it isn't OEM in cars so it must be bad.

As they claim it outlasts conventional collant, significantly raises boiling point and reduces presure, so there would dozens of companies interested in not seeing this product become OEM.

By the sounds it seems to be good stuff

it lasts the life of the car as long as it doesn't get contaminated with water

I suspect that this is 100% Propylene Glycol. http://msds.orica.com/pdf/shess-en-c...0000030984.pdf
