hey all...
whats the easiest way to change valve stem seals? does the head have to come off or can it be done while it is assembled? also, what is the correct procedure for dialling in a new cam using a vernier gear? cheers.. santo

You can do the vale stem seals just like you can do valve spring with the head on carefully with a compressor and pumping up the cylinder to force the valves shut.
The cam dialing in just requires the cam card spec from the cam and a dial guage to measure the correct lift ATDC on the cam lobe or valve as per the cam card. Search around there is a good how to in the tec sections |

Try various cam companies mate ;) I'm assuming Wade, Crow, etc would make heavy duty springs for the I6s. My GT40P heads have Crow springs in them
