will an el xr6 cam fit staright into my eb 3.9l engine its mpi and if it does what other parts will i need so i can put it in and what price am i looking for for the parts thanks guys

a EL XR6 cam will slot straight into your 3.9 motor fine. Slight improvement but dont expect the earth from it.
For info on how to install the cam visit the club website (http://www.deleted link/) and go into the tutorials. you will see a document on how to swap your cam over written by our own John_xr6

slight differences between EA and ED cams, but personally i don't beleive its worth upgrading to a later model cam.
spend the money and get something from wade cams, they're cheap enough.

fair dinkum,,i'm putting a 4l from an ed in to replace the 3.9,,so it would benifit from putting the ea cam in,,the 3.9 has a cam from an ef at the moment.

Just make sure with the EL cam its an early EL, not late.
The late ones had a different lobe spacing, and the rocker gear will need modification.
