Time to come clean, are you doing burnouts in your area?

I had a young kid do burnouts outside my house in a white ve ute sv6, lives in the area and often stops for a few skids/drifting. He once lost control of it almost hit a car head on. I called the police with his rego. I see him drive past now but no more burnouts.
