Default SE melbourne tinting

hi all

well the mondeo wagon now has rear cameras and a semi fitted sat nav
all the missus now wants is tinting

i have 3 local quotes (chirnside park is my base)

cartint.net.au - $396
supatint.com.au - $280
carx.com.au - $260

all say lifetime warranty etc

does anybody have any experience of the firms?
gut feel is lowest quote but if the job is poor then i would pay what the rate is to be done right
dont want to be re-doing it

any others that i have missed?

I can't give you a clear answer, however i would be keen to see where you located the camera. Can you upload a pic?

Sorry to continue off-topic, but I have the camera loacted nest to the rear number-plate lights. The screen is on the dash, against the A-pillar. Works fine, no obstruction of view. Sorry, no pics atm.

hi the camera is really hidden away nicely
its on the underside of the wagon handle (slightly offset to the right to allow access to the boot opener)
the display is a clip onto the interior mirror affair

i will take a pic when i can figure out how to upload etc

in the end i went with tint a car in lilydale
they had good reviews and seemed to offer a high quality product.
i paid 400 bucks in total for their octane darkest legal tint etc.

it looks great, very happy with the service and result. happy to recomend them.
