Blue Oval Store - no longer around?

Ordered some merchandise from the Blue Oval Store, back in late November and nothing has arrived. Calling their number results in waiting 'on hold' for 5 minutes then being cut off, and emails go unanswered. Does anyone know if they're still around or have they packed up shop after FPV closing down?

The website says that the customer service staff are on Christmas break untill the 5th of January.
